Recommended reads

Oakdale Recommended Reads!

 

We welcome all our children to take part in our Recommended Reads challenge! We have carefully selected a range of books that are highly recommended for their high quality literature, themes and genres and we believe that reading these books will both enhance pupils' reading attainment and also instill a deep love for reading. 

 

All children are warmly encouraged to take part in this challenge and a special assembly will be held at the end of every term where children can return their forms and be celebrated for their achievements. Bronze, silver and gold certificates and metal badges will be awarded!
